Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to the VIEDUSITE service. In force as of 25 September 2026.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between the company Codetrail, publisher of the VIEDUSITE service (hereinafter “the Publisher” or “the Provider”), and any business customer subscribing to the service (hereinafter “the Customer”). Any subscription implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
The purpose of these Terms is to set out the conditions under which the Publisher provides the Customer with the VIEDUSITE service, a multi-site business management software platform (organisations, sites, teams, documents and operations), and the associated services described on the website.
VIEDUSITE centralises the management of the Customer's sites: organisations, sites and teams, digital vault and electronic signature, QR codes and NFC (time tracking, patrols, inspections), alerts, messaging, ticketing and internal requests, statistics and reports, email campaigns and artificial intelligence assistance features. The Publisher reserves the right to change the features of the Service.
The Service is a management support tool. It does not replace the Customer's regulatory obligations, in particular with regard to employment law and the health and safety of employees, for which the Customer remains solely responsible.
Subscription is made online via the dedicated form. The Customer guarantees the accuracy of the information provided. The contract is concluded upon registration of the Customer's means of payment and activation of the Account by the Publisher.
The billing unit of the Service is the site. The Service is sold in the form of packs: each pack sets a maximum number of sites, while the number of users is unlimited and has no effect on the price. The entry-level offer is 49,00 € excluding VAT per month for 200 sites. The list of packs appears on the Pricing page, which forms an integral part of these terms. Beyond the largest pack, a custom offer is drawn up on the basis of a quote.
Setup costs are free of charge. Prices are stated excluding VAT, with the applicable VAT added at the rate in force. The Customer may change pack at any time; the new price applies from the following subscription period. The Publisher reserves the right to change its prices, in which case the Customer will be informed at least thirty (30) days in advance; any change applies at the end of the current subscription period.
Trial offer. As a limited-time offer, any first subscription benefits from a free trial period of 30 days. No amount is charged during the trial; the first payment is taken at the end of it. The Customer may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost. The Publisher may end this offer at any time for future subscriptions.
Payment is made by bank card, via our payment provider Stripe. Card details neither pass through nor are stored by the Publisher. The subscription is charged automatically on each due date.
In the event of a payment incident, the Publisher may suspend access to the Service after a formal notice has remained unanswered for eight (8) days.
Monthly plan: the subscription is entered into with no minimum term and renews on a monthly basis. Either party may terminate it at any time by written notice (email to jt@codetrail.eu); termination takes effect at the end of the current monthly period.
Annual plan: the subscription is entered into for a fixed term of twelve (12) months, automatically renewable for successive annual periods. It may be terminated by written notice at least one (1) month before its expiry date; termination takes effect at the end of the current annual period. Sums paid for the period already begun remain due to the Publisher.
The Customer undertakes to use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose and with applicable regulations, to inform its users of the processing of their data, to obtain any consents that may be required, and to keep its login credentials confidential.
The Publisher uses reasonable means to ensure the availability of the Service. It may carry out maintenance operations, outside business hours wherever possible, and cannot be held liable for interruptions related to the Internet network or to the Customer's devices.
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy (GDPR), which forms an integral part of these Terms. Within the framework of the Service, the Publisher acts as a processor on behalf of the Customer within the meaning of the GDPR for users' data.
The Service, its software, trademarks and content remain the exclusive property of the Publisher. The subscription grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use for the duration of the subscription. Data entered and generated by the Customer belongs to the Customer.
The Publisher's liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage. It shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the amount paid by the Customer over the last twelve (12) months. The Publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damage, nor for the consequences of improper use of the Service.
Neither party may be held liable for a failure to perform its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code and applicable case law.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Publisher's registered office.
